Services for Perry's Mother

Sara Perkins, mother of Perry Perkins, our first Interfaith organizer in northern Louisiana, passed away Wednesday morning. Here are the arrangements:

First Visitation: Friday, 2/11/11, 5 - 7 p.m.
Wright Ferguson Funeral Home

Second Visitation: Saturday, 2/12/11, 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
First Baptist Church
100 College
Clinton, Ms.

Service: Immediately following visitation, Saturday, 2/12, 10:30 a.m.
First Baptist Church
100 College 
Clinton, Ms.

    Dear Perry,
    Jean and I were so sorry to learn that your mother had passed away and want to express our sympathy to you and your entire family.

    Needless to say, it's always difficult for those of us who are left behind to adjust to the void it creates in our lives. Nevertheless, I can assure you that she’ll always be in your thoughts and hearts.

    If there is anything we can do, please don’t hesitate to call upon us.
